Class Styles
Core Balance Flow (CBF): This class is intended to blend traditional hot yoga postures with emphasis on the Core to build strength and stamina and flexibility by blending many dynamic balancing postures including core lifts (arm balancing) and inversions.
Yoga Fitness Fusion (YFF): This class blends yoga and other fitness disciplines to create the perfect balance between strength, balance, and agility.
Hot Flow (HF): poses to flow into one another with sychronized breath (beginners to intermediate level)
Warm/Gentle Yoga (WGY): a gentle approach to our hot yoga flow with restorative qualities, ideal for the new student (all levels)
We encourage you to try all of the different styles we offer so you can find the right class and instructor that can meet your individual practice needs.
Class Etiquette
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class.
• Do inform your instructor if you have any injuries.
• Refrain from eating an hour and a half before class.
• Wear comfortable clothes; leave your shoes at the door.
• Turn cell phones off before class starts.
• Please refrain from wearing fragrances in consideration for those with allergies.
• Bring a mat, a bath towel, and a hand towel
• Bring water for hydration during class |
