Items left at the Studio:
Please check the cubby's in the lobby and back room for personal belongings. There are many, many water bottles, shoes, clothing, towels that have been left behind.

Once every month we will be purging the belongings left behind so please check around for items you may have left at the studio.

Kid's Play Town is a full service drop-in facility by the hour with no reservations required. Awaken Yoga and Kid's Play Town have joined forces to bring the best in Hot Yoga and Child Care for our clients. Awaken clients with children ages 2 mos through 12 years may bring their children to Kid's Play Town during an Awaken Yoga class for just $8 per child (a total of 2 hours, regular rates will apply after the first 5 minutes of the 3rd hour). Kid's Play Town is a full service day care facility by-the-hour. Kid's Play Town offers full dramatic play centers, an indoor play structure, an indoor movie theatre, a kitchen for their snacking, meals, and a separate area for infants . This special rate is a 50% savings from their regular rates.

Studio Sign In and Etiquette:

Please sign in at the front desk, please do not bypass the front desk without checking in first. We have many new instructors and we need to work together to get the proper count for each class.

If you are late, PLEASE enter the room quietly and softly in order to not create a distraction to others.

If you need to leave early, please leave the room quietly and PRIOR TO FINAL SHAVASANA (Relaxation). It is disturbing to others meditation to listen to you exit the room.

Mats are available to rent. Mat rental is just $2. Please hang the rental back on the ballet bar hanging in the back room of the studio. The studio sells thick, durable mats for only $18.
Towels are available for purchase: Bath Size towel (white) is just $5.50 and Hand Towel size is just $3.50 for purchase. Buy the two together for only $8.

Awaken also has SmartWater, Dasani Water and various Vitamin Water Zero for sale at the studio in the event you forget your water.

Awaken Yoga sells Yogitoe Skidless Towels for your Mat. The cost for a Yogitoe is $60. We also have a generic version of this product for $42.
