This dynamic and workshop is designed for both those new to yoga and the seasoned yogi who desires to get back to the roots of their practice. We will explore the most common yoga poses with focus on alignment, the building blocks that support, and introduce the initial steps to establishing a pranayama practice. There will be plenty of visual demonstrations, discussion and physical adjustment if desired. Yoga philosophy will be introduced. Each student will build a foundation upon which they can begin or deepen a personal practice. Expect to have fun and learn in a supportive, inquisitive environment.
